A few of windows kept falling down it was so bad I thought they would take one of my fingers off one day. I called about 3 other local glass companies before I called Dr Js and none of them could fix the window, they all wanted me to order new replacement windows. Tom came to my home looked at the issue and told me I could replace the balances in the window and I wouldn’t have to order a whole new window. He came back a few days later and now all my windows operate correctly. They saved me a ton of money with their balance replacements!
Had a couple not-too-old tilt in style vinyl windows that the steel bands had broken and would no longer stay open without propping. Dr. J's dudes came out and fixed them right up in no time flat. I've used the guys maybe 4x. They get the job done. I can't say their rates are reasonable for 15 minutes of work (especially since I provided my own parts), but the windows are repaired to satisfaction so that's really the end game.
I recently remodeled 2 of my bathrooms they came in and did 2 mirrors and 2 frameless shower doors. They were fast and easy to work with I would recommend to anyone doing some remodeling in their home.
