Beautiful space and location! I drive 35 minutes to take classes and they are all worth it. As a very busy school teacher and group exercise instructor I look for an place to get a great workout and experience. I started at X-hale several years ago and continue to enjoy everything about it. I discovered my personal favorite instructor, Kim the owner, who is an absolute delight. I am very picky being an instructor myself. She is kind, funny and real. She has a great sense of humor and she cares! Each class she teaches is different and challenging in different ways. She plays "real" music not the type of yoga music that wants to put me to sleep. I come for a workout until the final savasana which is when she hands out cold oil infused wash clothes. After class you can walk around in the surrounding shops grabbing cocktails, coffee, lunch or dinner. The experience is like no other for me, so i will continue to drive for my YOGA BLISS!

Love this studio! It's very clean and there are many classes to choose from. The owners and instructors are personable and knowledgeable. In class there is always a mix of experienced and beginner students, and the instructors make us all feel welcomed and challenged. My favorite classes are Tuesday nights with Amy and Saturday mornings with Erin, but all of the instructors are great!
Absolutely amazing experience, everyone is so welcoming and the classes are fantastic. I would recommend these classes to anyone. Regular hot classes both make me feel better and are a great work out. Love the barr classes too! Such a great group of people! Thanks for everything
I must say none like this place Xhale the owner Kim is amazing. I was listening to her help a couple after class she is so sincere and passionate. I'm sold this is my home try a class there and see for yourself
